I disagree on the choice of an alternate sport... Forget the finesse stuff. Even football pales by comparison to that macho-manly sport, the one and only... ice hockey, NHL Redwings style.
I'll have you both know I'm quite proud of my daughter's enthusiasm for a sport I truly enjoy.
