The best part about baking Christmas cookies

... is eating them before they've even been in the oven.

or maybe spritz cookie dough...
or maybe oatmeal...

It's tough to choose when you have so many favorites.

My mom's cold chocolate chip dough was awesome. She'd let it chill overnight, and in the morning there would be little spoon prints all over the surface of the dough. Ah, kids.
