Why can't infants scream all day and sleep all night?
Seems to me, evolution should have taken care of this by now.
That must be why babies are so damn cute. It's an evolutionary adaptaion. We put up with all of this because of doe eyes, chubby cheeks and monkey toes.
Otherwise the human race would have died out from sleepless nights a long time ago.
But then ... how does one explain the ugly babies?

Force her to stay awake all day, then she'll sleep at night.
Yeah - easier said than done. This kid could sleep on a roller coaster if she really wanted to.
